We start with a free discovery call to talk about your business, your current bookkeeping situation, and see if we're the right fit. If you already have QuickBooks Online set up, I'll request access to review what we're working with. Starting from scratch? We'll talk through your setup plan.
The Diagnostic Review
I audit your books—reviewing reports, comparing to your last tax return, and going through statements line by line. Then I create a detailed Google Sheet that shows what I found, what needs fixing, and my recommendations for getting organized. This becomes your financial roadmap going forward.
Setup & Onboarding
Your personalized checklist includes access points I need, your shared Google Drive folder, and a link to schedule your onboarding call. During that call, we'll confirm everything is connected so I can start your cleanup or setup right away.
The Plan & Paperwork
Once I know what your books need, you'll receive your proposal, contract, and onboarding checklist—all digital and simple to complete. Your first invoice includes any cleanup or catch-up work plus your first month of ongoing support. Sign and pay, and we're officially off and running.
Ongoing Support & Clarity
Once your books are clean and current, you move into monthly support. You'll get an invoice on the 1st of each month and reports delivered mid-month. From there: clear accurate reports every time, open communication, and peace of mind knowing your numbers are always tax-ready.

Your subscription is included in every monthly bookkeeping package, so there's no separate software cost. If you're currently using something else, I can help you migrate.

Very minimal. You'll need to give me access to your accounts and answer questions when something needs clarification (like 'was this $487 Faire order for your business or did your partner use the business card again?'), but the entire point is taking this off your plate.
Most clients spend less than 30 minutes per month on bookkeeping once we're up and running.
